2. What We Collect
When you submit a booking request, we collect the following personal information:

- Hotel name and location zone

We do not collect or store credit card numbers or full payment details. All payment processing is handled directly by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.

4. Third-Party Processors

Your booking information is stored securely on cloud infrastructure hosted in the United States. Your name, email address and deposit amount are shared with our payment processor (Stripe) solely to complete your transaction. No full card details are ever stored on our servers.
Transactional emails such as booking confirmations and reminders are delivered through a dedicated email delivery provider. Your name and email address are shared for this purpose only.
Internal scheduling is coordinated through Google Calendar. Basic booking details including your name, email and travel dates are used to create the relevant entries.
This platform is hosted on a cloud deployment service. Server request logs and IP addresses are retained by that provider as part of standard hosting operations.
All third-party providers are selected for their security standards and data protection practices. We do not sell personal data to any third party.
5. Analytics and Cookies
This site uses first-party analytics only. We record anonymised pageviews (the page visited, the referring site, and a one-way hashed identifier) to understand how visitors navigate the site. This data is stored on our own infrastructure, contains no personally identifiable information, and is never shared with or sold to advertising networks.
We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Essential browser storage is used only to keep your session and to save an in-progress booking so you can finish it later. No advertising profile is built from your visit.

Booking records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for business and financial compliance purposes. IP address logs are retained for up to 12 months for fraud prevention purposes.
